Leopard
Leopard seen on the last evening of the last day in KTP, Dec 2008-Jan 2009. This beauty was within sight of the Twee Rivieren Gate. It was 5 minutes from gate closing time and there was quite a traffic jam. Due to digital technology it was possible to get a reasonable photograph in low light.
There was a kill (springbok) close by; she was strolling leisurely to the kill after a rest on the dunes. I later found out that she is well known to photographers; some lucky people got shots of her with her cubs.
